Stay Awhile Tattoo
I work at Stay Awhile Tattoo, one of several art spaces at nvrlnd. Nvrlnd Arts Foundation is a non-profit art collective and a wonderful group of folks who provide space for artists of all kinds to grow individually and as a community. The studio is located in the Ramsay area of Mohkinstsis, or Calgary, Alberta. Stay Awhile Tattoo will have retail hours and be open to the public soon, but for now you will need an appointment to come see us! Stay Awhile Tattoo was founded in the spring of 2022 by myself and my studio mates Madison Hope (@_nomoresaddays on IG), Lauren (@whimsyearth on IG) and Julia (@plantladyj on IG). It is co-owned and operated by Madison and I. We moved from a tiny studio next door, Studio 416 (pictured below! updated photos to come soon). Most artists in our studio work primarily as handpoke tattooers. We sell art, wearable goods, and lots of other cute things in the space.

How To Get Here
Stay Awhile Tattoo is located in the back of 1034 21 Ave SE - it's a small white building just west of the main studio building at nvrlnd.

We do not currently have open hours for the public, so you will need an appointment to access the space. You can find the shop at the time of your appointment through the gate in the red fence on the NW end of the parking lot between 1048 and 1034 21 Avenue SE (between the small white building and the big black building - you can park here too!). We are at the north end of the white building, around the back of White Rabbit Atelier, facing the alleyway.
Our building can be accessed by walking, biking, public transit or car. It is located on Calgary Transit bus routes 24 and 302, and route 17 stops a couple of blocks away. Free street parking can be found on 21 Avenue in front of the building, and clients with appointments may park in the parking lot directly east of our building.
Accessibility
We are thrilled to announce that our shop is now wheelchair accessible! If you are a wheelchair user, you can access the space through the south facing door to White Rabbit Atelier on 21 Ave SE. I will have more thorough information on accessibility in the shop soon. If you have questions in the meantime, please contact me, and I will do my best to make sure you have what you need.
